Good Oil Company to redevelop former Emrich’s furniture site.

Demolition crews began partial tear‐down this morning of the Emrich’s Furniture Site at Morris and West Street, making way for Good Oil’s adaptive renovations of the storied parcel.  For more info on the project, click the press release link below:

Meeting Reminder: tomorrow Mar. 21st at 8:30am at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall

There is plenty of onsite parking available.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott set to break ground in Stadium Village on Dec. 13th at 10am.

The groundbreaking for the new TownePlace Suites Hotel by Marriott is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13th at 10am at 629 Russell Ave. Click on the link below to see the official press release.  This will be the first of many new developments that are in the works for the Stadium Village area of downtown Indianapolis.

Purdue Polytechnic High School Opens in Stadium Village in downtown Indianapolis

Today, July 31st, 2017, is the first official day of school for the Purdue Polytechnic High School located in Stadium Village in downtown Indianapolis.  Members of the Stadium Village Business Association were on hand to greet and welcome the students to their first day of class.
