This is just a friendly reminder that our next SVBA meeting is tomorrow, March 15th at The Blockhouse located on 823 Chadwick Street. Doors open at 8:00 am and the meeting will start promptly at 8:30 am. Special thanks to Shapiro’s for supplying the coffee and bagels!

Our guest speakers will be Lisa with The Blockhouse and John Koluder from Indy Eleven who will bring us up to speed on all of the excitement surrounding the team and the new stadium. You won’t want to miss this!

We will also have updates on other SVBA and Old Southside projects and new developments in our neighborhood.

Facade Improvement Grant money available!!

For those commercial property owners who want to improve the look of their facade (and beautify the neighborhood), there is grant money available to help out. Some of the members of the SVBA have taken advantage of this opportunity in the past. If interested look at the link below to find out details.
